Terms and Conditions for Fresh Floral Purchases
1. Product Freshness
We take great care to ensure all flowers are fresh and of the highest quality at the time of dispatch or collection. However, please note that fresh flowers are natural products and may vary slightly in appearance.
2. Ordering and Notice Period
All orders require a minimum of 3 days’ notice to allow for careful selection, sourcing, and arrangement. Last-minute orders may not be accommodated.
3. Custom and Bespoke Orders
Bespoke bouquets are tailored to your preferences and seasonal availability. Specific flower requests will be fulfilled when possible, but subject to availability and seasonal limitations.
4. Delivery
Delivery times and dates are estimated and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or traffic. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
5. Care Instructions
To maximize the lifespan of your bouquet, please follow the care instructions provided with your flowers.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns. If there is a quality issue upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can address your concerns.
7. Liability
We are not liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities to flowers or foliage included in the bouquet.
8. Privacy
Customer information collected during the order process is used solely for fulfilling your order and will not be shared with third parties.
