Terms & Conditions – Plants & Installations
Welcome to Minells. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase or booking a service with us.
1.
Plant Health & Quality
We take great care to ensure that all our plants are healthy and in prime condition at the time of sale. Due to the natural variability of living plants, slight differences in size, shape, and colour are to be expected.
2.
Returns & Exchanges
Live plants are non-returnable and non-refundable once they leave our care, unless they arrive damaged or unhealthy.
Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery or pickup, with clear photographs.
Pots, tools, and accessories can be exchanged or returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and in original condition.
3.
Custom Orders
Special or rare plant orders, as well as custom installations, are non-refundable.
A deposit may be required for large or custom orders, which is non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
4.
Delivery & Installations
We offer local delivery and installation services. Fees vary depending on location and order size.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and subject to availability.
For plant styling and installation services, the client must ensure access to the space on the agreed date. Rescheduling requires 48 hours’ notice.
5.
Plant Aftercare
Care instructions are provided with every purchase. Once a plant has been delivered or collected, care becomes the responsibility of the customer.
We are happy to offer aftercare advice, but cannot guarantee plant longevity due to factors beyond our control (e.g., light, watering, temperature).
6.
Pet & Child Safety
While we offer guidance on pet-friendly plants, it is the customer’s responsibility to research and ensure plant safety within their home.
